Interesting fact:
Hint – the name for this dessert means “pick me up” in Italian. It includes finger biscuits, egg yolks, sugar, coffee, mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder. Nowadays, its common to add a naughty bit of liquor to get those juices flowing, especially Marsala, but this wasn’t included in the original recipe.
