Did you know that Peter Parker’s Spider-Man wasn’t the first spider-themed creation Marvel came up with? However, the original was a little different from the guy we know and love. Featured in issue number 73 of ‘Journey Into Mystery’, the character in question was a spider that was transformed by radioactive rays into a kind of Man-Spider. He could walk and boy could he talk. Sadly, he was wiped out by the issue’s end.
