Interesting fact:

Zombies appeared in George Romero’s 1968 film ‘Night of the Living Dead’ which is considered as the original modern zombie film. But 40 years earlier there was another film called ‘White Zombie’ which featured an evil voodoo priest in Haiti who makes a beautiful young woman into a zombie.
